On the property

While Great Barrington and the greater Berkshire region provide unlimited resources of exploration, we hope that you will take some time during your stay to enjoy the simple pleasures that we provide at Granville House, both inside and out. We offer a variety of common areas to explore on your own or share with other guests. Whether it’s curling up with your glass of wine by a fire in our front sitting room, shooting a game of pool in our parlor, or enjoying our diverse collection of vinyl albums in our music room, there’s a little something for everyone. We also feature a wide-ranging library of books as well as multiple board games and puzzles. In warmer months, step outside onto our front wraparound porch to enjoy a lazy afternoon on one of our rocking chairs. Finally, explore the grounds of the property and its spectacular views of Monument Mountain, enjoy a meal at our riverside picnic table or roast the perfect marshmallow under the stars in an Adirondack chair in front of our backyard firepit.
