Granville House is an intimate, 5 guestroom inn, designed to make you feel comfortably at home while you’re away. Each of our eclectically well-appointed rooms include Brooklinen luxury bedding for maximum sleep comfort and MALIN+GOETZ bath products for indulgent pampering. All rooms have their own private en suite bathroom. Additionally, each room comes equipped with a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker and a Crosley record player, inviting you to enjoy our expansive vinyl collection. Each night’s stay at Granville House includes a delicious, made to order breakfast with a wide variety of options served in our spacious dining room that allows for individual table seating.

One of our largest rooms with lots of natural sunlight, Room One includes a king sized four poster bed, a separate seating area with a pull out couch and a private bath with deep soaking tub/shower. Please note pricing is based on double occupancy. There is a $50 per night charge for any additional guests. We welcome children age 10 and older. (pictures below)

Room Two features high ceilings, a king sized bed and a cozy two chair reading area in front of large bay windows. Private bathroom with shower. (pictures below)

Room Three boasts a king sized bed, a bay window seating area with tranquil views of the property as well as an inviting desk alcove if you’re feeling inspired to write the next great novel. Private bathroom with shower. (pictures below)

Our most intimate room with lots of character. Room Four features a soaring cathedral ceiling entryway, a queen sized bed and a small reading nook. Private bathroom with shower. (pictures below)

A spacious suite, Room Five features a king sized bed, a separate seating area with a pull out couch and a spectacularly large bathroom that includes a separate shower and a grand, freestanding soaking tub. Please note pricing is based on double occupancy. There is a $50 per night charge for any additional guests. We welcome children age 10 and older. (pictures below)

Cancellations & Refunds
As a small 5 guestroom inn, last minute cancellations can greatly impact our business. We take a 50% deposit upon booking which is fully refundable as long as you let us know about your change in plans at least 72 hours in advance. If you are booking more than one room, we require one week notice of cancellation. A full house buyout requires two weeks notice. Deposits are kept for cancellations made beyond the required notice. Same day cancellations will be charged in full.
